For academic orders, you will not write anything in the column for STOCK
NUMBER. You will simply describe the ITEM by Year, Meet (District, Regional, State, etc.)
and Event or Place Tab.
Be sure to specify DISTRICT, REGIONAL, or STATE (or ZONE or AREA if
applicable to One Act Play). Also, be sure to specify year (09, 08, etc.)
If ordering place tabs for attaching behind main
patches, be sure to indicate if the tabs are for DISTRICT, REGIONAL,
or STATE (or ZONE or AREA if applicable to One Act Play).
8.25% Sales taxes apply to individual orders, not to schools with
