Southwest Camps Registration Form for All Summer Camps

YOU MUST FILL THIS FORM OUT.  IT CONTAINS INFORMATION THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE FROM NCA / NDA / VARSITY.

YOU ONLY NEED TO FILL THIS FORM OUT ONCE, ANY CHANGES AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FORM CAN BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE.

School Information

PLEASE NOTE: EACH TEAM WILL BE INSTRUCTED SEPARATELY AND BASED ON TEAM LEVEL (VA, JV, F, JH etc.).
IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR TEAM(S) (VA, JV etc.) TAUGHT SEPARATELY THEN YOU MUST REGISTER THEM AS ONE TEAM.

HSU Abilene Camp - A $50 deposit is required and guarantees your bed and space in camp.
If dorms do become full, your school maybe asked to attend camp as a commuter.

San Antonio Camp - A $100 deposit is required for each person attending camp and is due no later than June 14, 2019.
If deposit and dorm room assignment has not been received by June 14, 2019, your team will be dropped from camp.

If the dorms do become full and we have not receive a deposit for camp, your team maybe asked to move to another camp or come as a commuter team.

Male Housing

  • Male coaches must bring a female chaperone to stay in the dorm with the team.
  • Resident Female Coaches: If you bring more than two male participants to camp, you must bring a male chaperone to stay with them.
  • All males (coaches, participants & bus drivers) will be housed together, separate from the females, either in the same dorm or close by.

Please check if you would like the male(s) to be housed with the team.

Vehicle Parking Permits are REQUIRED.
Each school receives one (1) free parking permit. If you will need more than one permit, please call or email us with total number of permits required for coaches / directors attending camp.

Family members permits are at your own expense. They can pay at the garage entrance or visit this website to get additional permits.

Meal Tickets for Commuters

Meal tickets are available for UTSA San Antonio commuters. I would like meal tickets at $80.00 each.
